• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I have a Plesk 9.2.3 fully updated and even when I was on Plesk 9.2.0 or 9.2.1 , the certificate every weeks or so was going back to the default certificate.

I have to go to my IPs and set all my ips with the appropriate certificate each time.

Why does it reset after a short period of time ?

We just hit the same issue with Plesk 9.2.3 on RHEL4: the certificates for all sites using a dedicated IP address and a dedicated IP address were reset to the certificate assigned to the default site with the main IP of the server. We had to manually reassign the correct certificate to all sites.

Did you find a fix to prevent this from happening?

Thanks.

Not really and it seems that this problem was never fixed through the update since 9.2.0.....

Every weeks or so I do a check up on all domain who have certif and reasign them.
