I tried to figure out the httpd.include file in my domain conf file rather than root conf file to protect a directory in my cgi-bin directory, which I want only valid user can use the cgi file, but it didn't work. Does anyone have any idea about how to solve this problem please?
Thank you in advance.

Hi thanks,

I t seems the control panel only works for httpdocs or httpsdocs directory, but the cgi-bin is outside both directories. Any ideas please?

Well, I disagree. Once you click the Protected Directories icon, insert "/cgi-bin/directoryname" in the "Directory Name" field and it should work. It has worked for me in about 20 domains.

Hi thanks,
I tried all of them of Directory location: Non-SSL, SSL or both, but none was working for me. It was strange. Did I do anything wrong please?
