• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.72 Update #3
Hello,
We changed email for administrator account on several Plesk servers.
But some notifications (for ex. Package update) are still sent to the original one ...

How to change this mail everywhere for all process and all notifications ?
Is there some tool in plesk to do that ?

Regards !

Hello,
There is no single tool in Plesk that changes the email address globally for all processes and notifications.

You mentioned that you changed the admin password on several servers.
Are you receiving notifications at the original admin email address from all of those servers?

Could you please check <your_domain>/admin/notifications/email-settings?
It’s possible that additional email addresses are configured for certain notifications and are forwarding messages to the old admin email address.
see: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...99-How-to-manage-email-notifications-in-Plesk

It's also worth checking Subscriptions. Some of them may be linked to the original admin email.

If this doesn't help, please open a ticket: https://support.plesk.com

Best regards
