• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

change collation on ms sql problem

i got plesk 7.5 installed on a windows 2003 machine, a few days ago a client called me saying he want`s to change the collation on his db, and it wont let him.
so at first i thought it`s because i got the MSDE that comes by default, so i upgraded and installed MSSQL2000, but he still got the same problem and he asks for the SA password.
my question is, what do i need to do so that client can do what ever he want`s with his DB w/o giving him the SA password, cause if he changes the collation wont that new set will be by default for all new DB`s that will be created ?
how can he change it only to his DB?

this is a big problem which i need help with ASAP,
thank you for ur help guys.!
