Change Hostname/PTR/Reverse DNS/HELO?

I have a problem with changing the hostname on my server. Made the changes in PLESK (Tools & Settings > Server settings -> Full hostname) and in /etc/hosts but with this online tool the reverse DNS didn`t work.

Another question is, how can I change the HELO in postfix in combination with PLESK? Can I edit the standard config file?
