Question Change Let's Encrypt Email Address en masse

Vander Host

New Pleskian
Hi there,

I've just taken over a server with around 40 domains. I notice that the Let's Encrypt contact email is the old administrator. so they are getting email with failures and renewals notices etc.

How can I change the Let's Encrypt contact email addresses en masse without pressing the "renew" button every time? This is a stable server and I don't want mess with the current certificates.

You need to indeed replace the certificates with new certificates and let the old ones expire.

But just to make sure: My reply refers to Let's Encrypt messages. If you are talking about messages sent to you by the Plesk server, you need to update the admin email address (the one associated with the admin account) and the email address associated with your customer's account.
