change mailsettings content (+ popup)

Is it possible the manual data in the "manual mail settings" adapt? The background is that on my Plesk servers only a global mail server is operated and not for each domain has its own, as it can be removed from the manual settings. Alternatively, would also be sufficient if this help function could be turned off. About an idea I would be happy.
