Change nameserver in SOA record

Hi,
I recently add a new nameserver to my network, and it will become the primary DNS server.

So i changed my default servername in the SOA record to be the new server. I kick all NS record in my template recreate it in the correct order and it's work good for the news domains I create.

My problem is to change the namer server in the SOA for all my old domains. I search on this forum and see that there is way to update the TTL for all domains for example.
Is it possible to do the same thing for the default nameserver?

Thank in advance for your precious answers.
