Change NS

I have set NS1,NS2,NS3.HYP.NET for domains i host as i have PLESK behind i firewall.
The problem is it works if they type http: but dont work if they type http://www as they come to my domain

How can i fix this?

I'm not sure if this is your problem or Plesk.. Everything was working fine for me, until I upgraded to 9.0.1 now new domains which get created work fine when going to http://domain.com however http://www.domain.com redirects to the default plesk page. I have been emailing support about the problem, they logged in and the fixed the problem by reconfiguring the vhost. /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com

However, it was not fixed and the problem persists.
