Change php 5.4 version to all subscriptions

jose miguelg

Basic Pleskian
Hello,
I need to change to all subscriptions to php 5.4 version. How can I do at the same time to all subscriptions?
I tray to change in the service plans but it's dont' run.
We have more than 270 subscriptions, How do you change all the time?

regards

Well. Once again. Why you can't go to corresponding Service Plan, select needed PHP version and sync it to subscriptions? It is most correct and recommended method.

hello,
that's exactly what we do but does not work.

thanks
What exactly "does not work"? How it may be reproduced? I have updated PHP version in Service Plan on my test Plesk server and this change was successfully synchronized to all assigned to this Service Plan subscriptions. No any problems.

Hello,

I can't reproduce this issue.
Have you tried create new subscription based on this SP with changed PHP version? What is version of PHP in this new subscription? Try to perform the same procedure as you described above with new test subscription. Contact Parallels Support Team if you see the same behaviour.
