Change PHP handler type in plesk 10

After upgrade plesk 10 I can't change PHP handler type.

Where is box for choise the handler in the control panel?

it is possible your plesk runs in "VPS optimized mode"? i had the same problem there was no dropdown to change. then i noticed my plesk was running in "VPS mode" and there is only CGI available.

The "VPS mode" il disables but I don't find the menu for choice
