Thank you for helping.

Tools & Settings > Mail > Mail Server Settings > Outgoing mail mode

But be warrned that only the settings "Send from domain IP addresses" and "Send from the specified IP addresses" are safe as the second option "Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting" will very likely put your host on the Spamhaus DNSBLs, because they check whether different HELO domains use the same IP address and consider that a signal for spammers.
I think you are asking something different, though. You'd like to change the hostname of your host. And that can be done in Tools & Settings > General Settings > Server Settings. In that case, please make sure that you have the new hostname in /etc/hosts file of your system instead of the current generic hostname, that the hostname resolves properly to your host in your DNS settings and that after changing it new SSL certificates for access to the panel are being created.
