Hi,

my problem is, notification emails from my server has in subjetc the reverse domain of the server, why? how could I change it.
An example:
"<kunden1.kressnernetwork.de> User xyz"
Ic would it change to:
"Kressner Network - User xyz"

Please help, thanks.
Jan

To change the subject lines you must go into the PSA database. The tables you want to look at are the "Notifications" and "Notes". To access the database you will probably have to install something like phpMyAdmin.

I found it, but there I could not change the item reverse domain "<kunden1.kressnernetwork.de>". This must be a global register,. It is at all emails in subject.
