Change the Default Custom Error pages

Hey guys

How can i change the custom error messages, in the root of the server, so if i dont enable the custom error pages on a particular, it just shows a page i made up, but it wont matter what domain it shows on?
 
did you ever figure this out. I can't believe plesks default page sports advertisments.

Mortgage rates at 3%! <<--- Seriously plesk?
