• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Regular Pleskian
Hi guys,

I have an additional user under a subscription. I want to grant this user wordpress privileges on the whole server including all subscriptions.

I noticed one minor problem and i have two questions:

Centos 6.7
Plesk v12.5.30

The problem:
If i change the user privileges. Under every website under 'Access to apps' i can see an "/" after "Installed at http://websitename.com// -- Could your support team reproduce this?

My question 1:
By default wordpress privaleges are shown as "Denied".
How can i "Grant" a user wordpress privileges by default?

- would it be possible to add a select all button?

My question 2:
I want my user to manage websites in particular wordpress but not create websites/domains.
What do you recommend me to do?

Looking forward in reading your reply.
Yours sincerely
