Question change Webalizer character set

Hi,
I am trying to change Webalizer charset from Windows-1252 to UTF-8, because webalizer is not able to display Cyrillic correctly. I made changes to webalizer.conf files I was able to find on the system and regenerated stats for domains, without success.

Is there a possibility to set correct meta value for the pages? Any template?
