Changing collation problem…

I have a problem with the collation; I tried to change it for a certain database by this query:

ALTER DATABASE MyDatabase COLLATE Arabic_CI_AS

But it didnt work, and the data still appears like this ???????

Can you help me in that?

I've tried it on a local PC and it worked, why it doesn't work on plesk server?
