Changing Default Website Files

I'm currently working to resell some web hosting and I've been testing everything out but when I create a new web site I always get the same page before I change any of the theme files for the website. It's something that my web host put in their Plesk package when they installed it on my server and I'm wondering if there's a way to change those files so I could have my very own custom branded default design for new websites. You can see what I'm talking about by following this link, I'd like to change that to a different design.

Read documentation about vhosts skeleton

/var/www/vhosts/.skel/0/
