Changing Domain Name

I have been testing a copy of my production web server on a Plesk 8/2 system (single domain, physical hosting). When I'm ready to make it my production system I need to change the domain name currently used for testing to my production name.

If I just change the domain name in the Plesk Set Up panel and reboot, will that take care of handling all the internal changes in directories, configuration files, etc.?

Of course I will also have to submit a DNS change to re-point the IP.
