New Pleskian
We have just moved sites from linux to windows running Plesk and have noticed that character encoding seems to be ramdomly (not always) diplaying wrong in browsers. We've always used utf-8 on linux so will we need to change this on the sites? And what will need to be changed on the server to set a default charset.

Any advice anyone
