Check to see if mailbox in use (large amounts of mail)

Hi,

I would like to tell which mailboxes on the server are not being used.

Any that are not are probably holding thousands of junk emails, which I have to backup every night.

Is there a way to tell boxes that have say over 200 posts in them.
