Checkbox Hide controls for rejection messages for non-existent mail addresses doesn't

papak

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

Under Setting ==> Interface Controls Visibility we checked "Hide controls for rejection messages for non-existent mail addresses" but users still can edit this and instead default options "reject" add email address.

Why ist this options not hidden?

Mike

I can't reproduce it on Plesk 9.3.0.
If this option selected - there is no "Bounce with message" option and you can't select and edit it.

Hello,

We have 2 new dedicated both with Plesk 9.3 and on both is this option visible. See attached pictures. First picture show setting in Plesk and second show "Mail-Setting in Plesk by client. You'll see that this option isn't hidden.

Can we correct this editing Plesk database or somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

Mike

As I see all looks fine on your screenshots - option "Bounce with message" is hidden. What is wrong here?

We thought users can't see and change anything there or we are wrong? We won't allow our customers to change from default setting "reject" to forward to the address and so use catchall because too much Spam. If only "Bounce with message" is hidden then it's not good solution. Any opion to hide this too or Mail preferences generally?

We miss interface customisation from 8.6 with possibility to simple hide some buttons.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
mike
