Hi there,
ever since reinstalling Plesk Premium Mail our clients can no longer send .doc attachements- I have found them in quarantine in the Plesk E-Mail Security settings with the reason "INFECTED, message contains virus: YARA.docx_macro.UNOFFICIAL".
However these documents do not contain a virus, the client is just used to saving it in an older format. Re-saving the document in a docx format solves the issue temporarily.
BUT we cannot receive OR send .doc files anymore. Is there a setting somewhere for that? To whitelist it or set up something in ClamAV? I couldn't find anything.
