Issue Clear domain remnants on removal

I created many alias domains, but I had to remove them as alias domains, and create them as main domains.
After removing the alias domains, when I tried to create them again, I received the error: "This DNS record already exists."

So clearly the information related with the domains, was not automatically cleared.

However, I am not sure if it is a local problem with my hosting provider, or a global software problem.
