• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Client account and Help Desk

Hello,

I have a question regarding the Help Desk module that comes with Plesk...

If I create a Client account and in that account I register 3 domains.

If the domain administrator for domain 1 opens a ticket, the admin of the client account will receive a notification.

When the admin answer the question, which e-mail will the notification of the answer be sent to? To the administrator of the Client account.

So, the person that opened the ticket using the Help Desk will not be notified since its only a domain inside a Client account and the domain 1 does not have access to the Client account information...

Is there a way to all the tickets opened in a certain domain, they should go to a certain e-mail of that domain?

Regards,
Filipe Miranda
