Clients ONLY manage e-mail?

How can I setup Plesk (or use a third-party plugin/system) to allow my clients to add/edit e-mail accounts and settings and ONLY that? I don't want them to have access to any other part of the system.

while setting up the domain you should setup a client for each domain.. if you have not done this then enable Domain Administrator through the control panel . should be the 5th icon dont have access right now cant see.
