Cluster Notification Provider not loaded

My statistics.exe doesn't work ok on the server, it works for few day then stops working. I tried to fire it manually and after checking statistics it say:

Cluster Notification Provider Not Loaded.

What does it mean? I am desperate.

Some time ago Plesk people used to answer here from time to time. Now nobody is here from them any more :-(

Dissapointment (with 9.x backup joke also) is complete.

Make sure that services related to NLB are not started.
If they are, remove Network Load Balancing completely from network connections on the server.
