CNAME for a Subdomain for redirection

Hello

I am trying to add a DNS entry in a Domain to set a CNAME for a Subdomain for redirection.

Here it is:
Host: ms12767842.onlineforyou.de.
Type: CNAME
Value: RED002.mail.emea.microsoftonline.com.

But its not working and not redirecting. Can somebody help? Thanks

If found this topic about the search function.

I have the same problem with Plesk 10.2.

I there a solution? I always get the default page from Plesk, instead of the redirection to the domain.
