Issue CNAME Record pointing to example.onrender.com not Getting Propagated

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.46

I'm having trouble adding a new DNS Record for a subdomain of a custom domain on render.com

I added a subdomain by simply adding a CNAME Record with the record for the client and pointing to example.onrender.com,

I have waited over 48 hours but the DNS has not propagated.

Is there something I missed? Hope it helps, thank you.
