According to the documentation Plesk 9 Supports ColdFusion Sandbox Security.

I've enabled it and re-started the CF service, but when I try to select a folder to create a sandbox via CF Administrator I get the error "IO Error on Server Communication"
has anyone else got sandboxing working with Plesk 9 / CF 8?
