coldfusion install problems

ok, so my original problem before i had all these named issues was the installation of coldfusion.

I installed it into the /opt/coldfusionmx7 and made sure that i started it up. i checked all the values that the installation manual says to check and i still have an error when i try to go into the CFIDE directory. The one thing i did differently is that i installed it under a subdomain, but i dind't think that would be an issue.

this is the error i get:
Error Occurred While Processing Request

is there anywhere to check for a more detailed message than that?

never mind, i found the log files. its under /opt/coldfusionmx7/logs

duh.
