Hi,
i'm trying to add a new user on a database in plesk but i receive this error:

Column count of mysql.user is wrong. Expected 42, found 39. Created with MySQL 50167, now running 50557. Please use mysql_upgrade to fix this error.

How is possible?
How i can do?

My mysql version is
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.57, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1

i use it on centos 6

Pls. try for example the command ( logged in as user "root" over SSH ):
Code:
mysql_upgrade -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow`
... and pls. report the output from your command line.
