Did you install policycoreutils package?

I line 49 of file /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/handlers-tmpfs I see 'command -v restorecon'
When I try to run it I see:

# command -v restorecon
//sbin/restorecon

When I try to find corresponding package I see:

# rpm -qf /sbin/restorecon
policycoreutils-1.33.12-14.6.el5

So, did you install policycoreutils package?
