Compatibility with CentOS Plus repository

No worries - I had to shut off that system to make room for another, but I'll fire it back on for ya right away.

You did a minimal install. I'm now installing some extra components to check if they install OK. If Plesk 8.2 will really be released tomorrow it would be nice to see how that upgrade goes.

I just tried the upgrade to 8.2, but that didn't go too well:

ERROR: Installation failed

Not sure if this has anything to do with CentOS Plus being used though. I'll look into it.

The log says:

It seems the update tries to connect to MySQL without using a password. Surely that doesn't work.

There a Plesk 8.2 out?

Bill

Edited - I went and looked in the updater and there is indeed a update to 8.2

Hey Luke, I was out of town again and now I can't seem to reach the test server anymore. SWsoft tech support is asking for the logs, but I can't get to them at the moment.

Hey,

Sorry we lost power here over the weekend and that box wasn't on a UPS ... I've booted it back up now tho.
