Component was not installed problem!

During the up2date process via SSH, my internet connection died, since then I am having problem creating accounts and cron is not working either. but existing sites working with php and other modules. when I tried to create an new account in pleask, it inform , "PHP not installed"

in the PLESK, I can see the following component status.
how do I solve this issue?
