I have a plesk license webadmin edition, but the component does not appear wordprees me to manage all the plugins and themes from plesk. How I can activate from the wordpress administration panel plesk 12?

check http://kb.parallels.com/en/121897 for the editions. Be aware that not all webhosters use exactly this scheme for their licenses. E.g. Strato starts with a 10 domain license without Wordpress toolkit, but reissues the key for free when you have almost 10 domains to a 30 domain license including Wordpress toolkit.
