Question Config DNS for Plesk

Yesterday I installed Plesk Obsidian on a Linux Ubuntu 18.04 server but I can't configure DNS. I didn't quite understand how this should be done in the initial configuration and I don't find any video teaching the System Administrator to configure this, only for people who already have a domain on how to change the DNS to use the hosting. I didn't find anything here at Stack either, can you help me?
