How do i configure the built in plesk firewall. When i turn it on the server cannot reach any outside websites and no mail is able to be sent out. Mailenable gives the error, dns information could not be resolved.


Alll help is appreciated.
 
I experience the same problem.
The Firewall is indeed locking down the server , save the Remote Desktop.

Somehow the Plesk firewall is closing all the necessary ports.. including port 21.
