• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Configuring for cross-server FTP--SpringLoops

I'm not too experienced with server admin stuff, etc., particularly with Plesk, but I'm trying to use a service, SpringLoops, where they host subversion repositories and they have a very nice service called 'Deploy' that exports and FTPs any modified/new files in your repository to a specified FTP or SFTP account. It runs fine for all my projects with the exception of the dedicated server. The error messages I receive from SpringLoops are a bit obscure, but I have a feeling it's some kind of permissions problem. Does anyone know the proper steps I need to take to allow this service to run smoothly? According to my server, I'm not applying any limits to my FTP accounts. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks...
