Connection failure from iOS mobile application

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Can't connect to plesk using Mobile Server Manager (iOS), same with the free Plesk Monitor.

ACTUAL RESULT

Plesk mobile manager fails to connect, connection fail screen with link to http://kb.parallels.com/en/112730

I followed the different steps here http://kb.parallels.com/en/112730 , but no succes.

I tired a complete server re-registration, deleted configuration file and sqlite database, but after I added the server these files where not created.

I have a another server registered in the manager and works ok.

Today's Update to Parallels Panel Server manager Version 1.2.1 fixed this issue.
