  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Connection Problems ...

For some reason, every 6 hours or so, I must restart my web server to regain connection via the web.

No event logs show anything. Restarting IIS dosent do anything.

I can connect fine from the server itslef, but not via the web.

Any ideas?

I have noticed that everything gets blocked from external users (RPC, SSL, HTTP ....)

When I port Ping the server (When it's down) the following ports came back with nothing:

80
443
8443
81
389
135

However the following ports do still work on the server:

110
25

There are no event logs for this problem, and both using the FQDN and IP's both produce the same resolts.

The only way to fix this so far is to restart the whole server.

Yet it will just do the same thing from 12 - 24 hours later...

Can anyone help ?

Thanks
