Connection refused by 62.193...:8443

I tryed to upgrade MySQL 3.23 to 4.0
but doesn't work so I came back to 3.23.

And now plesk doesn't works I got " connexion refused by by 62.193...:8443

Is that an Apache pbm ? How can I solve this problem ?

do you have a firewall in place..... did you get any errors when rollingback to 3.x from 4.x?

No firewall, some errors with mysql but it seems to working fine now all my websites are working, only plesk is down.
