Contacting Plesk Support?

After upgrading from the TRUSTY upgrade section in the plesk control panel, we are now forced to devote all our time to resolving the issues that Plesk has put on us.

We cannot call on any plesk support because every client now has NO email.

* No email, No webmail, nothing all passwords have been screwed up.

* We cannot log into our server admin panel, because this page "Cannot Be Found"

luckily we can still log into root, and FTP.

Webmail is coming up with MySqld errors and will not accept any password. Through the email client, no password is being accepted.

We are receiving a lot of phone calls from clients, and there is nothing we can do. At this point in time, I would like to thank the Plesk staff once again for totally screwin around with our clients, our spare time, and everyones money. What do we pay for, we are always fixing the Plesk server to use it.

Can anyone lead us in the right direction...... we can't seem to contact the plesk staff as we don't know our server ID.... It's in the control panel.

Thanks heaps for that, we searched for a fair while and could not find anything, we knew it was in the admin panel.

Cheers
