Container Applications not Installing

Basic Pleskian
Trying to sort out my last few issues with updating to 10.1

In the Container Management section I am trying to install some extra applications. I move the relevant applications across to the "Installed / Scheduled" side of the Container Management | Applications section and press Submit.

For some of the applications I get this error in the log

Operation install with the Env(s) "lvps212-67-217-245.vps.webfusion.co.uk" is finished with errors: Can not install packages: exec failed: E: Broken packages Error: /usr/bin/apt-get failed, exitcode=100

Any ideas?
