  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Ok, so I've followed the KB article http://kb.odin.com/en/5550 to re-generate my statistics for a vhost for 2009.

It is currently May 2009.

I'm running through step 5 and the folders 2009-01 through 2009-05 are created and properly filled with the reports. I can see the reports by visiting the webstats URL for the given months like so:

https://<domain.tld>/plesk-stat/webstat/2009-04/index.html

Ok, great! But when I run the command in Step 6 from that article -- which is supposed to update the 'upper frame' I find my 2009-04 directory DELETED!!! Directory 01, 02, 03, 05 are alive and well.

How can I fix that? I have a feeling this has something to do with the routine that does the nightly updates which is by default set to eliminate the previous month. My stats ttl is set to 12 so it really shouldn't be doing that.

Ideas?

Bumping this.

It's now clear to me that the statistics command --calculate-on <domain> as described and used in the mentioned KB article is responsible for always deleting the directory of the previous month. This somewhat makes sense to me as the default config and behavior is to only keep the current month. However - when want to keep all the records that deletion should not happen. The statistics command is binary (thank you PLESK) and so I see no way to work around this. Anyone?
