Control Panel not loadin.

Hello i can not get the control panel to work at all

when i do http://localhost:8443
it load to

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.


Hint: https://localhost:8443/


when i do the https://localhost:8443

i get a page can not be displayed. Any idea?

You should use https://localhost:8443 because Plesk's php requires SSL. As for "page can not be displayed" check if Plesk services are started.

yeah when i do the https://localhost:8443 i get a page can not be displayed.

( it is all most like SSL is not installed. )
