Control Panel on all Domains as virtual dir or subdomain?

Hi,
is it possible to create a virtual directory or subdomain on all Domains that points to Plesk?

For Example: domain.de/plesk or plesk.domain.de

No, it is impossible. You can create a domain with "Standard forwarding" that points to Plesk URL.
