Control Panel (PHP) Displays Ascii

I just performed an upgrade from 7.5 to 7.6.1. Upon completion, I opened up the control panel and now all I see are ascii characters, as though the code is not being processed but rather displaying in its raw form. I tried doing a repair of the upgrade, which went through fine, but that didn't solve my problem. I'm trying to ultimately upgrade to the latest version of Plesk, but I'm hesitant to keep going, for fear that this problem could be made worse upon upgrading.

I'd appreciate any assistance on this. Thanks.
 
Update

Tech support couldn't figure this one out. Had to reprovision server and start from scratch.
