control panel : Unable to create Skin object !!

Is plesk 7.0.3 stable ??!!!

When domain user want to login in control panel plesk say :

-> Unable to create Skin object: skin: unable to select: no such row in the table
-> 0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\auto_prepend\auth.php3:725 psaerror(string "Unable to create Skin object: skin: unable to select: no such row in the table")

admin and client login without any error !!

What reason of this error?

exact same problem here still haven't figured out a solution yet... Maybe anyone from the Plesk Support Team?
