control Panel will not start after reboot.

CP will not start after reboot. Cant enter Plesk.

I do have following Problem. After restart of serverCP shows following errors and I cant login;:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: Failed opening 'auth.php3' for inclusion (include_path='.:') in Unknown on line 0

The Webpages are working fine but my CMS changed there chmode after reboot autom. from writeable to unwriteable.
Plesk 7.54 + Suse 9.3

php problems?
